1、 Force value:

The springs in different specifications of shelf display pushers require different force values. XinHuiXiong has specialized equipment to test force values to direct production.

The springs should keep stable performance within the required force ranges before they reach customer's required service life cycles;

2、Shape:

After the springs has achieved the required force value, they will be pulled repeatedly until the predetermined length so as to test the life cycles. When the expected cycles of stretches is reached, the outer and the inner diameters of the springs should not be larger than 105% of the original size;

3、Mold:

Some molds can be adjusted to produce springs of same thickness and width, but different lengths, inner and outer diameters, in order to reduce costs for customers;

If it is inevitable to make a mold, the mold contract can be signed to protect the customer’s rights and interests. If the qualified prototype cannot be produced, the mold fee will be refunded unconditionally and in full;

4、Life Cycles:

Large inner diameter and small outer diameter ensure high pressure ratio, in consequence the service life cycles is equivalent to twice the ordinary product;

5、Thickness:

The material thickness varies from 0.04mm to 0.8mm. Such a large range can meet the requirements of most different customers.
