Longking Group Dust Bag Clip Spring Case

      In 2014, Longking Group's dust bag project needed a clip spring, which required strong elasticity and high strength. Many suppliers could not achieve the requirements for flexibility with ordinary iron, manganese steel and carbon steel The project was in a state of stagnation.
      At the request of the Group, after repeated experiments, Xinhuixiong decided to use 301 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8mm as the raw material, ---its hardness reached 580 degrees Vickers, which cannot be handled via conventional stamping technology, --- and developed a process with computer-spring-machine and finally succeeded in producing qualified products that meet the requirements. Since then Xinhuixiong has been exclusively supplying this clip to Longking.
